• Free Express Shipping for orders above 100USD to the USA & EU / above 199USD to Rest of World.
• Taxes and duties are included to all EU countries.
• Orders to the USA below 800USD are tax exempt.
• Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.
• All orders are shipped from our office or warehouse in Sweden.
Taxes are not included in orders to the UK (since Brexit).
SHIPPING TIMES:
Shipment times depends on your destination and during checkout you will see an estimation based on your address.
VAT
VAT and duties are included in the price to the EU.
For other countries taxes and duties will vary, please refer to your country's regulations. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties. Please contact us at info@voidwatches.com if you have questions regarding taxes before placing your order.
Note: Tax is not included on shipments to the UK.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Please note that tracking numbers are generated before the order is picked/packed and shipped and might take some time to be registered in the tracking system. Some orders might take up to a few days to show up.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase please contact us at order@voidwatches.com to initiate a return.
All goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received and with the original packaging intact. Only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded in the manner in which you originally paid
SHIPPING DELAYS
As delays are inevitable, this may be due to custom clearance at destination, and VOID therefore holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense of VOID Watches.
OFFICE HOURS
Please note that our office hours are as followed: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CET. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Remember, when you place an order you're also responsible to receive the delivery at your end. If our courier is unable to successfully deliver your package to you we will have to charge you for the shipping and handling back to us. You will receive a tracking number and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation (check your spam folder in case you did not receive a notification).
